Mission Statement of the Swiss American Golf Championship (SAGC)

- Golf and Country Club Hittnau
"When good people come together for a good cause good things happen” The good people
To strengthen and celebrate friendly relations among Swiss and Americans and their friends, where we share much common ground – the golf course. The good cause
To work together to further both countries' humanitarian traditions by raising a significant amount of money for a respected charity. The good things
Since 1998 half a million Swiss Francs has been raised by the generous golfers and guests who participate in our Swiss-American "joint venture”, helping support the SOS Children's Villages’ mission of providing hope for more than 50,000 orphans, destitute children and youth in loving, family-oriented environments which provide the security and stability needed to prepare children for the future. Swiss American Golf Championship -> an investment in the future
